Funeral Commons ("we", "us", "our") is a social enterprise that helps families arrange affordable, natural burials. These terms govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including quote requests and referrals to funeral care providers and burial grounds we partner with.

Funeral Commons acts as an intermediary connecting families with independent funeral professionals and conservation burial grounds, including Walawaani Way. Funeral care services are delivered by these third-party providers. While we work only with providers chosen for their values and professionalism, the ultimate provision of funeral services is subject to the terms and conduct of those individual providers.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices displayed or quoted are indicative and may vary based on your specific circumstances, supplier costs, cemetery fees and any applicable taxes or levies. A final quote will be confirmed with you before you commit to any service. Our own platform fee is disclosed up-front and is not subject to GST at this time.
4. Using our website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request or contacting us. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
